Meet Rusty.

Rusty is such a sweet and smart boy. He is fully potty trained. And knows how to sit and shake. He loves playing with squeaky toys and balls. He gets along very well with our other 3 dogs (cats unknown). He would do best with kids age 10 and up since he's a bigger dog.

He has lots of energy so he would love a family to play with him or take him on walks daily.

Our foster dogs/pups are all in foster homes and can be met by appointment. We also will have regular adoption events at PetSmart and Pet Supply Plus stores.

Active Paws rescue will help pets in need through sheltering, adoption, education, spay/neuter, and community outreach.

Active Paws Rescue would love to see that every animal knows love and kindness. No animal should have to endure needless neglect and suffering. We will provide a voice to those that need it most.

We believe in not only helping the animals but educating our local communities on how to do better.
