Jaime is a handsome guy who is ready for adoption. He is:

· Smart – knows “sit.”
· Friendly.
· Easy to walk on a leash.
· Good with other dogs during leashed encounters (hasn’t joined playgroups yet).
· Playful.

Jaime was found as a stray and was not reclaimed. Shelter staff have been working with him on manners and boundaries because he got rowdy and nipped during play sessions. He has been very responsive to training using positive reinforcement methods. Despite his tremendous progress, he needs an experienced dog owner and a home without small children. Apply to adopt him now!

Thanks to the EnviroFlight Fur-ever Home Adoption Sponsorship Program, the adoption fee is $40 for adult dogs and $60 for puppies under the age of 6 months. The adoption fee includes vaccinations, flea/tick treatment, dewormer, and spay/neuter. Please check each dog's profile for sponsored, discounted, and/or $0 adoption fees. If you adopt an unaltered dog, you must agree to have the animal spayed/neutered at the veterinarian of your choice as soon as possible and within 3 months of adoption. We ask that the animal will be kept as a pet and treated humanely after adoption.
