If you see pets listed by a private owner, it means that they’re adoptable through Adopt a Pet’s Rehome program – the safe and reliable way to find a loving new home for your pet.
Emma is an English Foxhound mix. She is about 6 years old and was a previous rescue. She is incredibly loyal and loving and wants to protect her household. She is active and likes to go on longer walks, hikes, or other activity to get her energy out. She's fully house trained and uses a dog door. We have loved having Emma in our house but she does have anxiety especially with strangers and does not do well with younger children. We would recommend that she be placed in a house with no children and with a family who is active that can walk her daily.
