Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Meet Blackie James. He is a very sweet docile trusting Big boy absolutely gorgeous. Blackie James' combo test was negative, which means he's free of FIV and feline leukemia. He's neutered and ready for his forever home. Blackie James came from a couple's home in a rural area where they had a lot of love and a ton of cats but lack the space or the resources to care for them properly. They knew their babies needed a better life and tearfully contacted Angels to the Animals to find them forever awesome homes that they deserve.
Blackie James would probably thrive in a home without young children as his people were adults in a quiet home with cats and no dogs. He's very trusting so would probably acclimate to older children and a friendly puppy. This kitty can entertain himself and would be ideal for the stay at home professional wanting a companion or the new couple looking to add a four-legged addition. Be sure and check out Patches, his girlfriend who is also listed under Angels to the Animals. She's a beautiful fluffy dilute calico and is the same age as him. Patches has also tested negative for FIV and feline leukemia and is up to date on our her vaccines. Shy at first, Patches will meow to you for reassurance when she meets you. It is very sweet. Both of these are such good kitties. They will melt your heart.
If you are interested in Blackie James, please email info@angelstotheanimals.org for an application and more info!! You must be 22 to apply. Rehoming fee is $125. If you have room in your heart and your home for both Patches and Blackie James together, we offer deep discounts when adopting 2 together.
