Imagine being discarded in a Dollar Store parking lot, emaciated 💔 Luckily, Lulu had a Good Samaritan locate her and call the police department. They cared for her until she joined SSBR.

Lulu is a 11 month old mixed breed pup who is the perfect medium size! She only weighs 21 pounds! She’s great with other dogs and loves all people. She is in need of a forever home. She has been fully vetted.
