Neptune is a very smart and energetic dog, very loyal to his family and is a ball of energy, unfortunately we don’t have the time to spend with him and give him the attention he needs. We have had him since a pup, and his birthday is November 7th 2021. He is house trained, caged trained, but will need to be leash trained. He does better with older kids. Definitely would need a place to run around and burn of his energy.
