Meet Dawg! This sweet baby is a 2.5 year old lab mix! He is a sweet love but unfortunately is nervous around new people. He needs someone who has time to show him humans and contact is not a bad thing!

He comes to us from the reservation and did not have positive experiences with humans. He has no aggression towards anyone just scared. Once he warms up he is an amazing dog! He loves other dogs and will run crazy! He doesn't always love going into his crate at first but once in he is perfectly fine.

Dawg is not good with chickens or birds and he will chase and can hurt them. He is good with older kids that understand, as smaller kid's fast movements scare him! Dawgs adoption fee is $50 which covers his vaccines, neuter, rabies, microchip, and 30 day pet insurance! To meet this baby boy call or text the rescue line at 480-565-0479!

We require an application to be submitted before we schedule any meets. Since we are a foster base rescue our dogs may be all over town. If you are interested in more then one dog please let us know beforehand so we can get them to one location!

Motivated by the urgent pleas of our partners at the Navajo reservation, we felt compelled to take action. With our founder's profound experience spanning over 6 years in the rescue field, she has committed her life to the noble cause of rescuing animals. Since its inception in August 2020, Hidden Jem has successfully saved and found forever homes for more than 400 lives!
