My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Are you looking for love? Well, I would like be to the kitty that is the center of your world. I have so much affection to give and need my very own special person(s) to share my purrs and head rubs with. I want to be your one and only. I am a dilute, patch calico gal with beautiful copper-colored eyes named Ponyo. I have lived with cats and dogs but I become very jealous. I would do best as a single kitty, otherwise I become quite spicy. I am around 10 to 13-months old, the perfect age to join your family. Sure pick me up and hold me, but please do not walk around, I will be squirmy and nervous. I enjoy rubbies and being in your lap. Call my name and I will come be or walk with you. I do enjoy a good chin scratch. Cat nip toys are nice to have around when you are busy. I am available for adoption because my previous owner moved and left me behind. I am spayed, vaccines current and I am micro-chipped, which is an added perk adopting from Snow Camp! Please request an adoption application, by clicking the request information button, or text the adoption coordinators, Bev @ 262-894-5975 or Carrie @ 801-550-9231. Once you request an application, please check your spam email folder for our application within 24 hrs, or go to this web address to fill out the application on your phone, https://snowcampfurever.com/contact-us; go to the contact page and scroll down for the application. If you would like to see all the kitties, from adults to kittens available at Snow Camp, click this link, https://snowcamp.rescueme.org/. The rescue offers a 2-week adoption trial. If you feel I am not a good fit for your family, the rescue will take me back. My adoption fee is $150. If you submit your application prior to 4/15/24, the rescue is offering $25 off my adoption fee. Are you the person for me? I give my heart quickly and need you to be my best friend......signed Ponyo.

More about this rescue

We rescue kitties from high kill animal shelters and community kitties, take in strays and owner surrendered kitties as we have space available. We provide them love and compassion with private foster homes. All of our beautiful kitties are fully vetted, vaccinated, de-wormed, ears checked for ear mites and cleaned, provided flea medication, as well as microchipped.

We also take in feral kitties, fully vet them and they live their life at our fenced sanctuary with the rescue owner. The kitties are cared for by Karin, a lady with a passion for helping kitties to live their life to the fullest. The sanctuary also takes kitties no one wants like black cats, and the ones no one wants.
