This little lady has it all. Personality, playfulness, snuggles, purrs, long naps, and is a beautiful chocolate tortoiseshell.
She's looking for a home where she is the only feline. She's good with a cat-friendly dog.
The vet thinks Lovey has a condition called hyperesthesia (extreme sensitivity on her lower back) , but it is currently being managed well with Gabapentin which she takes like a dream in her food.
Our family has had Lovey for 5 months. She is highly treat- and food-motivated. This has helped to begin harness and leash training at which she is progressing wonderfully. She has nicknames like " dumpling" and " munchkin," We'd love to keep her, however, we know she will blossom in her forever home where she will be the Queen Kitty Bee.
Contact clsouthern513@gmail.com today to learn more about beautiful Lovey!
All Mountain Pet Rescue (Asheville) animals are up-to-date on vaccinations, spayed/neutered and micro-chipped before adoption. Contact the foster parent or Mountain Pet Rescue at pets@mpravl.org for more information.
Please note that visual breed identification of companion animals has been proven to be unreliable, so for most of our animals we provide a best guess at predominant breed or breed mix. We get to know each of our animals as an individual and do our best to describe and place pets based on personality not breed label.
Mountain Pet Rescue is a 501(c)(3) non-profit tax deductible charity (EIN 82-3039637) located in Asheville, NC.
