My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hello! Welcome to my profile! I'm a super laid back girl and I love my food! I do my business outside and I know "sit" for my food and treats. I'll always be there for you, ready to share a cuddle. I love my couch time (especially with you keeping me company) and to sun in the yard. My foster mom thinks I'm just about the laziest dog she's ever seen. I'm great in my crate and I don't ever raise my voice. While I always go outside to do my business, I'm a little timid when it comes to going for a walk. But maybe we can work on that together! Will you be my forever sidekick? p.s. did you know when you adopt through AFO you get FREE/discounted dog training through their partnership with GoodPup? Well when you adopt me you can continue my training and reinforce what I already know with expert help! How cool is that?! Adoption form: allfurone.org/dog-adoption-application/ *Remember - AFO DOES NOT HAVE ANY INFORMATION or guesses as to breed from dogs pulled out of under-serviced high volume intake shelters! Why? Our pets are rescued from shelters in underserved communities. All of our dogs and cats deserve to feel loved and know they are wanted. Each pet in our care has their own story which defines their individual personality, behavior and needs. We provide proper veterinary care and offer a consistent routine to allow for any necessary behavior modification to happen in a healthy and positive way.Demands for visual breed typing and/or size requirements are contributing to larger scale issues which are impacting the ability for pets and their families to stay together during life changes. Every single pet in our care are beautiful and discrimination towards color, sex, coat-type, size and/or species is an outdated archetype All Fur One is determined to have all our adopters rise above. With that, AFO has stopped participating in visual breed typing practices that are detrimental to our cause and therefore all veterinary records and pet profiles for dogs will reflect "Mix" as the breed.
