My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Chloe is a sweetheart of a dog. She loves people, other dogs, kids. She thrives on attention and is such a joy to be around. She would do great as a family dog. She is a perfect size. She is up to date on her shots and has been spayed. She is waiting patiently for her new forever home. Can you make her wish come true?

More about this shelter

ICARE is a non-profit organization dedicated to compassionate animal care and alleviating animal suffering. It was established in 2002 and quickly gained momentum, holding a significant public meeting in April 2003, featuring a guest speaker from the Humane Society of Independence County. This meeting led to the election of officers and a Board of Directors.

Today, ICARE operates entirely on the strength of volunteers. These dedicated individuals in Izard County work tirelessly to support the organization’s mission, providing care and relief to animals in need.
