My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Captain Jack Sparrow is an 18 month old mini panther with gorgeous amber eyes and like his movie namesake, a huge lover of attention. Jack started as Black Pearl until his first vet visit confirmed that “she” was indeed a “he”. He was found on the TCU campus at the administration building with his companion tabby, Elizabeth, where they were being fed by kind staff members. Frogs And Cats Together Rescue scooped them up for vetting and adoption and they have been patiently waiting since September 2023. Jack loves to eat, enjoys mousies, and getting a little crazy eyed with the catnip. He is fully vetted including neuter, shots, FeLV negative and microchipped.

Process to adopt is to complete our adoption application click here. Once approved and adoption fee is paid the adoption can be finalized.

All CLASP adoptable cats are spayed/neutered, FELV/FIV tested, up-to-date on vaccinations and microchipped.

Go meet their pets

CLASP has cats & kittens who are available for adoption at PETCO every day! Located at 5236 Hwy 360 in Grand Prairie. Hours (for viewing): Monday thru Saturday, 9 a.m. - 9 p.m., Sunday, 10 a.m. - 7 p.m.

Many other animals are in Foster homes awaiting adoption.
