Mr. Kitters was about to be put to sleep at an overcrowded shelter but his foster Mom refused to let that happen. His Crime? Being timid. Well, that was months ago and now that he's had time to come out of his shell in his foster home - he loves people. This little guy loves to be held like a baby, loves to play with toys and loves to romp with his kitty friends in his foster home When approached for pets, he starts to quiver with anticipation from head to tail and does the cutest little full body tap dance. Mr. Kitters is approximately 7 months old. He is neutered, up to date with vaccinations, tested negative for fiv and felv and microchipped. He would do best in a quieter home with no small children and with another social kitty friend to play tag with. He may also be ok with a calm, cat friendly dog. Meet the Pet
Most cats can be met at Petsmart in Manahawkin, N.J.
Some are still in foster homes and Fosters will contact after application submitted.

Sign Adoption Contract
Adoption contracts signed at Petsmart or at Foster Homes.
5.
Pay Fee
75.00 adoption fee for kittens 6 months and younger. 60.00 adoption fee for cats older than 6 months.

Our mission is to prevent cruelty to animals, to promote kindness to animals, and to conduct projects for the benefit and welfare of animals in Ocean County, and to promote shelter pet adoptions through publicity and public relations.
As Friends continues to grow and assist our community we have become more involved in TNR and a foster base to assist with the overwhelming amount of animals that need our help in the community and shelter. Friends continues to work closely with the Southern Ocean County Animal Shelter to help outreach their adoptable animals.
