Here's what the humans have to say about me:
ADOPT (OR FOSTER-TO-ADOPT) MURPHY
Attention all dog lovers! Are you ready to take your "fur-ever" friendship to the next level? Meet Murphy, the dog with a TON of personality (and a few quirks, but hey, who doesn't have a few of those?). This young, 40-pound stud is looking for a new place to call home, or at least crash for a little while as a foster.
Murphy is a man who knows what he wants - sometimes. He loves attention, but he also knows when it's time to give his human some space. He's like that roommate who's always down for a good time, but never overstays his welcome.
If you're looking for a wingman for your pup, Murphy is your guy. He loves to run and play chase with other dogs, but is cool with independently exploring the great outdoors on his own, too. Plus, he's already crate-trained and knows how to use a doggy door (so he's basically a doggy genius).
Murphy is sensitive to loud noises like fireworks, construction work, vacuum cleaners, dishwashers... But hey, we all have our quirks, right? And as long as you let him outside when you clean house, he'll never even know the vacuum was on!
The ideal home for Murphy would be without young children or cats/other small animals. He will need patient forever people who will give him the space and time to adjust to them and their home.
Added bonus for any adopter or even foster is that Murphy is currently boarding with our trainer while we search for a home for him, so any adopter, foster or foster-to-adopt family will get some expert advice from our trainer about bringing him into your home!
So, what are you waiting for? Fill out that application and get ready to meet your new best friend (or at least your new temporary roommate). Adopt, foster, or foster-to-adopt Murphy today!
