My name is Jaxson (Courtesy Post)!

**This is a courtesy post. Jaxson is not part of the Yolo County SPCA and his adoption will be done through a private party. All adoption applications and interest will be forwarded to his caretakers.**

Jaxson is a 4-y ear- old husky and Australian cattle dog mix. He has a beautiful white coat without the husky fullness.

Jaxson is a very loving dog. He will cuddle up on the couch with you with the same enthusiasm as he would go on an adventure with you. He likes to be where his people are and because of that, he could use some training to help with mild separation anxiety. He loves other dogs, cats, and children. He is very smart, listens well, and still picks up on new commands. He is goofy and playful like a puppy with the maturity of a fully developed dog.

Jaxson knows his basic manners and is house-trained. He loves car rides and walks and knows how to “leave it” when he sees other dogs but could use some work pulling. He does best with a head halter (gentle leader). He also knows how to "watch" strangers when walking and is very friendly with strangers inside the home after his initial alert.

Jaxson is neutered and up-to-date with his vaccinations.
