Regina is a shy Havanese/Poodle mix that was rescued from a puppy mill. She is learning to trust people and does best in a home with women.
Regina likes to hoard all the toys and take them back to her bed. She is very playful and relaxed with other dogs and will need a confident canine playmate in her new home.
Regina has opened up and trusts her foster mom and will ask for attention and more love when she is being held. Foster dad is still very scary to her and she avoids him as much as possible.
Regina enjoys playing with other dogs in the yard and enjoying her freedom. She does not know how to walk on a leash and is considered a flight risk. She will require a secure physical fenced yard.

All of our dogs are in foster homes and a meet and greet is done ONLY after an approved application.
We do adopt out of the area. However, we do not ship or provide transportation. You must come to the location of the dog to meet and adopt. NO EXCEPTION. All family members and dogs must be present at the meet.
Dogs are a commitment for THEIR lifetime. For puppies this could be 15 years. If YOU cannot commit to the lifetime of the DOG, please do not apply. Puppies under 9 months must go to a home where there is someone home frequently (works from home or a partner is home), can adequately socialize and train the puppy, and can keep up with puppy energy!
