My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

INDOOR ONLY HOMES PLEASE

Roulette was dumped/rescued at a park in Hanford which is in central California. She arrived at the rescue on February 3, 2024. She was spayed on February 11, 2024. She is vaccinated against RHDV2.

Roulette is uber friendly and is easy to pick up; she wants attention; she likes being petted; she's not anxious, fearful or shy.

She's inquisitive and comes up to you at the edge of her bunny bungalow to greet you. She is easy to handle, calm, cute and cuddly.

She is not around dogs or cats at the rescue but I'm guessing other household pets probably wouldn't be an issue with her.

She is the type of social bunny that adopters frequently want. She would be good for first-time adopters or homes with responsible children.

Roulette should start out living in an exercise pen (x-pen) otherwise known as a puppy pen. She can have that as his home base or transition to a room or a section of a room or free roaming. A cage/hutch is not recommended unless the door is open and an x-pen can be placed around it.

Please be over 21 if inquiring about a rabbit.

Roulette can be seen by appointment in Lake Elsinore after a questionnaire is completed or a phone consultation conducted. On adoption day, plan to spend approximately one hour at the rescue going over paperwork and general rabbit care information.

PLEASE consult with the rescue before you purchase rabbit supplies so you can be directed to the least expensive and most appropriate rabbit essentials, especially if you’ve never had the pleasure of owning a rabbit! Your local big chain pet store is probably NOT the best place to buy rabbit supplies!

IF YOU ARE SEEKING A RABBIT AS A COMPANION FOR YOUR EXISTING RABBIT, YOUR RABBIT SHOULD BE SPAYED/NEUTERED!

Male/female bondings are usually recommended. See the following link for more information: https://rabbit.org/care/bonding/
