My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Animal Profile: Jinju is an estimated 9-month-old, small terrier/chihuahua mix who was picked up as a stray in Visalia. He is shy, but friendly with people and dogs. More info to come as we get to know him in foster care.

Foster Update: Jinju is doing great in foster care and has settled in with the pack of resident dogs. He is a  spunky, energetic little man who is often on the go. Jinju is crate trained and potty trained. He is a great cuddler, treat motivated, and plays well with others. He loves toys and will go "dumpster diving" for toys at the bottom of his toy bucket. Jinju is small, but he is not fragile! He can wrestle with the big dogs and will come with you for your adventures and hikes. Jinju loves the company of other dogs and is most confident with a canine sibling, but would be fine as an only dog.

Adoption Info: Adoption fee is $550, which includes spay/neuter, current on DPPV & Bordetella. All adoption fees are donations to a Washington non-profit corporation and all donations go to benefit the animals in our rescue.

Animal History: This dog was rescued from the euthanasia list at a high-kill shelter in Visalia, California and being transported via START, arriving to Seattle area foster care 3/14/2024. He will be available for adoption in the greater Seattle area once evaluated in foster care.
