Cecil is a 5 month old, male, JRT mix surrendered to the rescue with another sibling when their owner was " unable to sell them ". Cecil's sibling was just adopted and now Cecil is ready to find his forever family. Cecil and his siblings had been living in a barn with little training or socialization so he is looking for a loving, patient family with the time and energy to show him the ropes so he can be a well balanced dog.
