Bustelo was abandoned on Park Place along with his siblings Hibiscus, Rooibos, Matcha, Chamomile & Rosehip. All 6 are now available for adoption in our Adoption Room!
Bustelo (aka Bubu) is dreamy and gentle. He's a total lap kitty! He gets along famously with the other kitties in his family, but he could also go home as a single. He does enjoy an occasional munch on some plants, so we recommend placing houseplants out of his reach.
Bubu is FIV+. FIV is a common virus that can affect a cat's immune system. Cats may never show symptoms, and can live a long and normal life span with lots of good care & love! FIV is transmitted through bites that draw blood, so there is a low risk of transmission, however we recommend that FIV+ cats not be commingled with other kitties unless they too are FIV+. Bubu is currently asymptomatic and his medical records and appearance indicate that he's healthy!
