My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi I'm Colin! I'm a two year old hound/lab mix, who made my way up to Connecticut all the way from Kentucky! I was found as a stray by some nice people who noticed I was very skinny. Now that I'm here I've been eating well and have made my way up to 31 pounds, something everyone seems very happy about. The world is very big and it's hard to be brave sometimes, but my friends at the shelter have been helping me come out of my shell. Sudden changes and loud noises make me nervous, so I need a little support to figure things out the first time. When I get to know you I love to play! Toys are so much fun and people make the best playmates! I don't mind cats, or other easy going dogs, but small children are a bit to much for me. I'd love a home where I can be someone's little shadow, a buddy to hang around and soak in the love.

Colin is neutered and up to date with his vaccines. He will need to learn basic house manners and would benefit from socialization and leash work.
