My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Introducing Clarity, the enchanting Feist mix ready to bring clarity to your life in ways you never imagined! A young adult and the perfect medium size at about 40 lbs, she's a shy beauty who is already blooming at the farm! Clarity's gentle spirit and soulful eyes will show you the pure joy and love she has to offer. Clarity is wonderful with other dogs and would happily join a home with an existing pack. She loves to play and run and would love some active people as well! Will you be the one to illuminate her path and bring clarity to her adoption journey? Open your heart to Clarity and embark on a life filled with love, learning and laughter! Fill out an adoption application and make an appointment to meet Clarity at Saving Grace!
*Weekend Host feedback: "She did great on a leash and was in great shape for it". "Every time she rode in the back of the car she acted like a perfect lady and was comfortable jumping out of the car, her little legs couldn't let her get up though, she needed a boost from us". "She didn't have any bathroom issues in the house". "In the yard she was happy to roll around in the grass and entertain herself or play ball with you". " When you are ready to relax, she's fine to relax near by and take a nap or cuddle beside you".

Additional adoption info

All puppies and dogs at Saving Grace are crate trained, have been spayed/neutered, are up to date on their vaccines, are on heartworm preventative and have been microchipped. Their adoption fee is $350.00. Each has been carefully screened for disposition and temperament in order to provide your home with a safe companion that will enjoy life as your new family member.

If you are interested in meeting one of our dogs, please complete an Adoption Application at our website: savinggracenc.org

Sending an Application does not commit you to an adoption, it simply provides us with background information on potential homes. Please review our Adoption Contract before sending an Application to ensure that you will be able to provide the requirements stated in the contract. The Contract must be signed at the time of adoption.

Saving Grace is a small, non-profit 501-C3 organization operated by volunteers only. Most of our animals come from rural animal control shelters where lack of space and resources limit their time and adoption possibilities. Thank you for choosing Saving Grace! We look forward to helping you find your new companion and family member.

More about this rescue

Located in central North Carolina and officially established in 2004, Saving Grace has placed over 15,000 dogs into homes since its inception. These dogs were from rural animal control facilities with little resources and who would otherwise not had the opportunity to receive necessary veterinary care and a chance at adoption. While we have grown significantly over the years and have been successful growing our numbers we still see many great dogs miss the opportunity of adoption.

We have a large variety of dogs varying in breed, size, shape, age and needs and would love to work with you to find you a great dog companion while providing a dog in need with a loving home. Our dogs are chosen based on temperament and socialization. We get some of the most charming, unique mix breeds as well as some striking purebreds. Our dogs come from rural, underserved areas and while they may have little experience as an indoor family member, they have the temperament and personality that is sure to bring much love and appreciation to their new home. Most have started their crate training while in our program. Veterinary care including spay/neuter, microchip, heartworm test, vaccinations, monthly preventatives are provided prior to each adoption. If you would like more information about adopting one of our dogs, please email savinggrace@savinggracenc.org
