Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, my name is Blitzen! I am 1 year and 3 months old and 57 lbs. I’m a medium/high energy guy. I love to nap on the couch, but I still have plenty of puppy energy! I love playing with my foster sisters and my human siblings!
Things that are great about me:
Housetrained
Crate Trained (I appreciate a treat to convince me to go into my crate!)
Sweet and gentle with kids (6 & 9)
Lover of couch snuggles and sometimes I even fancy myself to be a lap dog
Excellent at riding in a car
Things I need to continue working on (I am still a big puppy after all)
Leash manners (I pull because I am SO excited!)
Cat manners (my foster family has a cat, and I’m very inclined to chase him, but he won’t let me catch him! I would probably be fine with a docile cat, but I’m definitely intrigued by felines!)
Respecting boundaries set by my older fur siblings
My parents have only been fostering me for a short time, so there is still a lot to learn about me! I am an energetic guy and I don’t always listen when my older foster siblings tell me to get off of them. If you have an older pup that doesn’t appreciate lots of jumping and face licking, I will need some help and reminding to respect boundaries. However if you have a young energetic pup like me who needs a playmate, I will be the best fur sibling!! If you have other dogs, my foster parents recommend feeding me in my crate until you know everyone will get along.
If you’ve read this far, I hope you’re willing to give me a chance. I’m a really good boy that just needs a bit of love and training to become the best boy!
