Catskill Animal Rescue, Inc. affectionately known as CARE, is located at a brand new, state of the art facility located at 263 Old Monticello, New York 12734. Under normal circumstances, we welcome visitors during our normal business hours. However, because of the COVID pandemic, we require an appointment to visit or to meet our pets. An approved application submitted on our website is required at this time before an appointment will be made.

We provide low cost spay/neuter, adoption, public education, assistance to the elderly and poor, support for enforcement of cruelty law and shelter for animals in need.
