I have been fostering someone very special. Noel is looking for an amazing home to continue her journey…. Is that your family???

Noel (aka Little Bear and Winnie) is a 4 month old golden retriever/shepherd mix with the kindest heart. She was rescued after being abandoned outside with an injured leg, and so frightened. It’s obvious her start in life wasn’t the kindest.

I won’t dwell on where she started, as where her journey takes her is SO much more important!! But, her forever family needs to know what she needs to succeed and why! Knowledge is power

She will be a medium sized gal. We have worked hard on trust, being brave and expecting nothing but love. She does AMAZING with other dogs, kind cats and calmer children. She is catching on to potty training but like every puppy is still a work in progress.

My dream forever home would be patient with her, have at least one female member of the family that would be involved in her care, older kind hearted children would be best, and a willingness to work slowly and steadily with her. She is filled with love and it’s my mission to show her nothing but that moving forward!

You are required to sign a legally binding contact on your new pet. As part of that contract, should you no longer be able to keep the animal for any reason, the animal MUST be surrendered back to SAAP. This is to ensure the animal is placed back in foster care while we secure a new approved home for the animal. However, we always try to ensure that the initial placement is best for the pet and your family. We reserve the right to refuse any adoption.

We are an all-volunteer 501(c)3 non profit organization. We are dedicated to the rescue of animals that are in need of a forever home. Our animals are fostered in homes where we provide love, food, medical care and socialization until adoption into a new loving home. We educate on the importance of spaying and neutering of all pets.

We ensure all animals have been spayed or neutered prior to adoption. They are micro-chipped, up to date on shots and on heartworm and anti-flea medications (as age appropriate). They are ready and waiting to start their new life with their fur-ever family. Could that be you?

We need your help to continue our mission. We rely solely on donations and fundraisers. All donations are tax-deductible and 100% of your donation will go towards the rescue, care, and medical needs of the animals.
