My name is Sapphire!

Sapphire and Boxer are rescues from Modesto. Found outside and in a harmful situation, they had lost 2 of their friends to neighbors who purposely ran them over. A neighbor was alarmed and took them inside to prevent further harm, and reached out to our rescue for help. They were taken into foster care, medically treated, fixed, vaccinated, microchipped, and finally adopted.....2 years later they were returned to our rescue and now they await their 3rd chance. They have been through some tough times and although they are slow to get acclimated to their new situation, they remain sweet and gentle.

Sapphire is a beautiful Lynx Point Siamese kitty with piercing blue eyes. She enjoys scratches and cuddles and can be seen with boxer at all times, they truly are a bonded pair!

Sapphire will do best in a peaceful environment with a predictable schedule and routine. With patience, love, and consistency, you will see that she is truly and affectionate and loving kitty, she just needs to first feel safe. Although exposed to some dogs, she doesn't care much for them and is okay with gentle children.
