Being deaf doesn't stop Yoyo from understanding how to communicate with her humans. She watches their movements and interprets what to do to please them. Yoyo loves people and other dogs. She is has a very happy, easygoing personality, yet is also very playful at times. This adorable, compact little girl will make someone a wonderful pet. You just have to come see this cutie in person.
Yoyo is two years old.
The adoption fee for adult dogs, seven months and older, is $250. All pets are microchipped, up to date on vaccines, and will be altered prior to adoption. If you are interested in meeting Yoyo, please visit her at the shelter during open hours. If you have an existing dog at home, we recommend bringing it along to meet Yoyo. helpingstrays.org
Yoyo has heartworms and will be starting treatment soon. She would greatly benefit from having a calm home to recuperate in rather than trying to rest in a noisy and stressful shelter environment. If you would like to provide a foster home during Yoyo's heartworm treatment, Helping Strays will provide everything you need; the medical care, crate, food, etc. Yoyo can still be adopted but will need to come back to the shelter periodically to complete her treatment which is covered in the adoption fee.
