My story

Pearl came to us 8 months ago when our neighbor was leaving the country and asked if we would take her. She is great at defending our home, keeping the coyotes and racoons away from our chickens. She was an outdoor dog when we received her and has remained so.

Pearl is a little shy at first but warms quickly. She is friendly to all including children and dogs. She is great on walks and likes to keep one paw on your foot when resting. Pearl is the alpha and decides which squirrels need to be chased.

Unfortunately, her prey instinct can be triggered by our chickens, and she has chased 2 into the woods. We can’t seem to break the instinct and need to rehome her.
