I am writing this because, sigh, I'm looking for a forever home (the best ever home) with someone who wants a meowvelous pal to share life with. Other cats are welcome friends. I find nature shows on T.V. fascinating, especially ones about birds. As a sensitive, but very sweet girl, I ask for time to warm up, but with a gentle touch, and some one on one time, my personality will shine. Then it's a wrap! If you have pets, they must be up to date on vaccines, spayed or neutered, and on heartworm preventative. A vet reference ( if you have pets) is required. More about this rescue

Two by Two Rescue began in 2002 when two ladies met and began feeding strays in Old Town Helena, Alabama. The rescue has grown to a 501 C (3) volunteer, no-kill organization. Our goal is to save the lives of abandoned, unwanted, and abused animals, and educate the public about responsible pet care. We care for these rescues in private foster homes. Our animals are fully vetted, spayed or neutered, and micro chipped regardless of breed, age, or medical cost. We receive no state funding or government assistance. We survive by the donations of caring people, fund raising, and adoption fees.
