Here's what the humans have to say about me:
Hi, my name is Lily. I'm a pretty shy girl and spend most of my time in my covered cat bed, but I really want to make friends. I love to be petted, especially deep ear rubs and down my back so I can do elevator butt! If you're patient and quiet, I will come out to visit you, roll beside your lap and knead and purr for you (I'm quite the biscuit maker). Food is another way to my heart. I eat wet food or soaked kibble because I had to have all my teeth removed, but that doesn't stop me from being a healthy eater, and I often have my tongue poking out in a cute "blep"! I love tube treats like Churu. I haven't shown many playful behaviours yet, but once I settle into my new home and get more comfortable I will likely want to play just like any cat. If you have a calm, quiet home for me and want lots of kitty affection, please book an adoption appointment today!
***NOTE*** Please remember that animals are coming back from foster care to the centres for their meet and greets. They will be experiencing a new environment and meeting new people, which means they may not exhibit the same behaviours they did in their foster videos or while in foster care.
If you are viewing this animal through 24Petconnect by PetPlace or Adopt-a-pet, please visit our website https://kwsphumane.ca/adopt/process to submit an application. Any applications submitted outside of www.kwsphumane.ca may not be received.

Come into the Centre and if you see a pet you like, you are able to do a "Meet and Greet" with that pet. Spend some time in alone with the pet or take a dog out for a short walk. If you are still interested in adopting the pet you can meet with one of our Adoption Counsellors who will have you fill out and application and will ask you some questions about the environment in which you live. If you seem like a wonderful match and your envirnoment meets the needs of the pet then your application should be approved!
