Does not get along with other pet

My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Justice is a cute energetic guy. He likes playing a cuddling and long walks. We are reining him because he and our other dog have started getting aggressive with each other. Also our backyard is not fenced so he doesn’t get enough outside time so he has accidents in the house. He does go to the bathroom outside but with another male pomsky in the house he marks even though he is neutered. He was adopted with love but not a lot of research. We’ve tried our best but with the fighting and marking we are unable to keep him.

Justice will do best as an only dog with a fenced in backyard and someone who can walk him regularly.
