Canyon is a great time to be around. He’s a happy boy by nature. Canyon adores humans of all shapes and sizes, he’s the life of the party and a perfect wingman. If your perfect dog is a cute, goofy, playful, kid-friendly big bully-breed boy- you’ve found him in Canyon!
We estimate Canyon to be about 3 years old, he weighs 62 lbs and is possibly some kind of bully mix. Canyon is, after all, a rescue, and with any rescue, exact age and breed are always a mystery and cannot be guaranteed. We can, however, guarantee that Canyon is a happy boy and a great dog!
Canyon is one of those dogs that is practically glowing with giddy fun. He wants love, and a treat, and for you to throw the ball and to look at that squirrel. This makes him sound like he is high-energy but it isn’t that- it’s all just excitement and gratitude for all the amazing stuff being at the end of a loving person’s leash can lead to. Canyon loves to actively participate in the world around him, but once he’s done exploring, interacting and playing, he’s happy to chill out on the couch beside you.
Canyon’s ideal forever home includes a yard he can bounce around, and sunbathe in. He would love you all to himself, and has independence suited for an only-child home. Canyon does enjoy canine company as well, and could live with another dog, preferably with the stamina of a mature dog. Canyon would be a great companion for your senior pup that needs a vibrant friend to remind them of the joys of play and exercise!
When it comes to learning, Canyon is eager to please, attentive, and food-motivated so we anticipate that teaching will be a breeze. Canyon is already crate trained. He’s also already potty trained, but may need a gentle reminder of appropriate potty spots once he’s moved into his forever home! If you’re looking for an adorable, lovable, friendly goofy guy, Canyon is ready to meet you!

Available for adoption in NV, MT, CO,UT, ID, OR, WA, Canada, and now the East Coast! Our PNW dogs are brought to you in style by a beautiful USDA licensed semi-truck, equipped with air conditioning for comfort, two drivers, and 2 onboard attendants providing 24 hour care. Our East Coast route will travel in a private, air conditioned 3LP-run van transport.
Pick up day is unforgettable! You will get to follow along on their journey through a private FB Event page, where you will see photos, have the opportunity to connect with other adopters, and receive updates and constant communication along the way. One of our Adoption Coordinators can help to find the closest transport pick up location to you!
The adoption fee is $725 and includes all vetting: DAPP (2 to 4 depending on age and time in the program), Bordetella, Rabies vaccine (if old enough), multiple broad spectrum deworming treatments, spay/neuter, flea prevention, 2 months of heartworm preventative, extended medical such as dentals, eye surgeries, and orthopedic surgeries prior to adoption when suggested by our partner vets, a microchip with free lifetime registration, a high quality nylon Martingale collar for dogs over 4 months old, a health certificate deeming the pup healthy for travel, cost of transport*, and many priceless years of love and loyal companionship!

We are a network of dedicated people who are heavily invested in seeing our animals thrive. From the moment they are accepted into our program, our Intake, Behavior & Medical teams prepare them for adoption by properly vetting, behaviorally assessing, and providing customized plans depending on the dog’s needs. We seek to adopt to families who understand that these are rescue dogs and will require continued training efforts, but will be well on their way to being the best dogs that they can be!
