Allow me to introduce Miss Cassie, a young and infinitely energetic Husky. She is the true embodiment of the breed as her desire to explore and outsmart are a top priority. Cassie is the ultimate Houdini and can escape even the tallest of fences therefore she can only be outside if on a leash. Cassie is as sweet as sugar when around staff and canine volunteers. She was a bit timid after she was surrendered, but has opened up like a spring flower. Cassie has not been negative towards other dogs, however with the nature of Huskies it’s best remain cautious. She is sure to never disappoint in the realm of love as her tail never stops waging giving us all a smile.
Please visit the shelter during our open hours; Mon, Tues, Wed, Fri 10a-12p & 2p-4p, Thurs 10a-12p & 2p-5:30p, and Saturday 9a-1p. Complete an adoption application online to be pre-approved for adoption. If you do not own your home, bring consent from the property owner to have a dog on the property. As always, if you have another dog in the home, plan to bring them for a meet before you complete the adoption. Adoption fees: 6m and younger $250, 7m-5y $200, 6y-10y $150, 11y and older $100. Watch for adoption specials!!
