My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

COURTESY POST

Skye is a handsome boy who was recently rescued off the deadline list at a Southern CA shelter. During his shelter stay, he was kenneled with a female husky, and also met a shepherd while all 3 were in the play yard together, therefore we feel Skye would do well both in a home as an only dog or joining a home with other dogs as he likes to play. Skye had originally do, came into the shelter as a stray. He is already neutered, current on vaccinations, and microchipped. Skye is approximately 5 years old and 52 lbs. He is being fostered in Orange County. Please reach out if you are interested in meeting Skye.

Additional adoption info

Upon initial inquiry on one of our pets, we begin the process by having all potential adopters complete an adoption application. If approved, we then set up a face to face meeting with the pet you are interested in. A home and yard check is required prior to adoption. Once adoption is finalized, an adoption fee is collected, an adoption contract is agreed to and signed by both parties, and the animal is turned over to it's new adoptive owner/family. Follow ups take place during the first month to insure the pet and the household is adjusting to the pet, and any issues, questions or concerns are addressed.
