Wyatt came to FFF the week before Christmas after being found outdoors by a Good Samaritan. She was unable to use her back legs and was dragging them behind her. We also discovered that she was unable to use the bathroom on her own. After a trip to our trusted vet and a thorough assessment, we determined these issues were caused by some kind of trauma and were not congenital. With that in mind, Wyatt settled herself into her foster home and started the rehab process. Lots of PT and acupuncture later, Wyatt has regained 80% use of her back legs and can walk on her own! Unfortunately there hasnt been improvement with her bathroom habits, but were hopeful that will improve in the future. Wyatt is a spunky, sassy, and friendly kitten who loves to wrestle with her older foster siblings and snuggle with her foster momma. She will play until she passes out, and shell reward you with the sweetest purrs when you scratch her chin. Wyatt is a perfectly normal kitten, but shell need an adopter who has experience with assisting cats in using the bathroom. She needs to be helped every 4-6 hours, but once you develop a routine, its something thats very manageable. We know Wyatts forever family will be more challenging to find, but were sure theyre out there!
