My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Belmont is a 2 year old rescue cat that I have cared for since she was a kitten. I have another cat a few years older than her that she gets along with well. Belmont loves to play with string quite specifically and is also known to sleep much of the day away on her favorite cat tower or hiding spot.

As Belmont is part-Siamese, she is an incredibly vocal kitty! I've worked with the vet on trying to minimize this behavior, but am becoming unsuccessful. She's had a bloodwork panel done and any health issues have been ruled out. She's previously been prescribed gabapentin and now fluoxetine in attempt to support her as she is somewhat anxious.

Unfortunately due to financial constraints I had to move in with a roommate about 4 months ago. Due to this, Belmont's persistent meowing that only I was previously facing is now impacting my roommate as well. She is particularly vocal at night. I believe Belmont is in need of a loving home with a patient owner who can provide her a bit more space
