Snickerdoodle is the sweetest and most loving dog that I've ever met. She's a true "velcro" dog that's low to medium energy. She would love to be adopted into a household that would provide her with snuggles. She's been a staff favorite everywhere she's been due to her extremely loving and affectionate nature. Snickerdoodle loves to play fetch and gives the ball back gently.
Snickerdoodle was seized by law enforcement in an animal cruelty case. While her previous owner's trial was ongoing, she (and 30 other dogs) had to live in a holding facility because they were considered evidence. After her previous owner was sentenced and incarcerated all of the dogs were set to be euthanized. Our nonprofit organization stepped in and pulled all of the dogs that were adoptable and loving with humans.
Snickerdoodle and a few of her friends are now at a family owned boarding facility. They've had time to decompress and allow us to see their true personalities. Snickerdoodle is unsure around other dogs so if her adopter has another pet they would need to commit to a slow introduction process. She's only lived on a chain and in a holding facility so her adopters will need to be patient with her as she learns to live in a real home. She's located in Florida but transport can be arranged for the right situation. She's spayed, fully vetted, up to date on shots and is ready to find her happily ever after.
