Hello, kind souls! My name is Hilary, and I'm here to share my story and hopefully find my forever home with you.
At just 1 year old, I'm a gentle Hound with a beautiful tri-color coat, weighing in at a cozy 47 pounds. Though I may have faced some challenges in life, I'm filled with hope and love, ready to bring warmth and joy into your home.
I found myself at the shelter on 03/22/2024, lost and longing for someone to offer me a loving hand. Despite my positive test for heart-worm, I'm determined not to let that dampen my spirit. With proper care and love, I know I can overcome anything – especially with you by my side.
While I'm not yet spayed, I'm more than willing to undergo the procedure upon adoption, if that's your preference. And rest assured, all my shots are up to date, so I'm healthy and ready to shower you with affection.
Described as cute, sweet, and a little shy, I may take a moment to warm up to new surroundings. But once I do, I promise to lean into you for love and companionship, filling your days with warmth and comfort.

Shelter hours: Tues. - Sun. 10:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., closed Mondays & Holidays. The shelter prefers people to make an apt., go to - https://nqa3.nemoqappointment.com/Booking/Booking/Index/as65fg9dr953and select Adoption. Or you can just stop by during business hours. The adoption includes shots, altering, a heartworm or combo test and a microchip. When you book an apt., it does not reserve a particular pet for you.
