Scout came to Furry Farm from Dustin Time Rescue in southern Idaho. Danniell knew this boy deserved a second chance and got him out of an euthanasia fate. Through a collective, rescuers helped this boy, and Furry Farm is honored to be a part of his story. Scout is settling into a new life, much in part of our awesome repeat foster Kelly saying yes! We can't love on our foster families enough. they truly make this work

Scout is a young (7mo) , freshly neutered male with some terrier cattle dog mix of sorts. Scruffy and 28lbs, he's ready for action and adventure. His natural insticts with breeds is strong - his will, desire to work and nose are all very strong. If you are looking for a partner to adventure with, Scout is your guy! We would love to see you take a basic obedience together.

He has Rabies, Bordetella, DHPPV, Micorchip and deworming on board. Adoption fee is $200

The Furry Farm Rescue Adoption process:

For Dogs:
When you find an animal you would like to find out more about and meet, please go fill out our adoption application. With review of your application we check references and speak to your veterinarian. During that process we will also schedule a time for you to come meet and get to know your new furry friend. If you have other animals, we will want to do some intros at that time. We then ask you take a few days to think about it and let us know. We will then come to your house and do a final meet and greet before finalizing the adoption. All adopters sign a contract with the Furry Farm Rescue. All of our adoptions come with a 2 week trial period. This allows you to and your new furry friend some time to bond and know if this is a forever family.

Our Adoption fees vary between $50 to $275 for dogs. Each dogs fee will be listed in their biography.

For Cats:

Our Adoption fee for kittens is $60, and $40 for adult cats over 6 months. The adoption fee is listed in their bio.

We do an application process, and reference checks, then schedule a Meet and Greet. If all is great, we finalize the adoption at that time. All of our adopters sign a contract, and there is a one week trial period.
