My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Hi, I’m Milo! I’m a husky mix born 3/17/22 who is looking for some new roommates! So far, it seems like I love everyone I meet! I live with a five year old and a bunch of other dogs and do well with them all. I can come on kind of strong because I’m so playful but I respond well to corrections from my doggy friends! I LOVE to play with other dogs or humans.

I sleep quietly in my kennel overnight and when my people are gone. I do need to be kenneled until I learn what is chewable and what is not. I ride nice & politely in the car. I don’t bark at things while I’m in the car, or on walks but I do bark a lot during play and in general to talk back when I’m not getting my way. I keep my kennel clean at night, and only had a few ‘marking’ accidents when I first came to my foster home. If I wear a belly band at first when I come home, I should be good to go!

I walk well on a leash, typically I’m on a long line when mom takes me for walks. I love both snow & water, so if you’re looking for an active dog or playmate companion, I might just be what you’re looking for. Let my foster mom know so she can schedule a playdate!
