My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

Stella is a beautiful Lab Mix that is spayed and up to date on vaccines. We think Stella is about 7 1/2 years old and she prefers to be the only pet. An active family without really small children is preferred. She will most likely need to be leash walked, have a runner cable or a fenced yard. Originally, she was adopted in 2021 but her owner passed away in December and Stella needed to come back to us. She is used to be crated at night in the home and good with people. Stella would excel if she could have someone with her most of the time and go for rides in the truck. Please call 802-892-5300 for more information or fill out the online application at www.riversideanimalrescue.org

More about this rescue

Riverside Rescue, Inc. is a non-profit organization which is dedicated to placing homeless or unwanted pets into loving, forever homes. We were formed in 2003 because of the overwhelming number of homeless pets in our area. Since then we have adopted out hundreds of dogs/puppies and ats/kittens, along with several other small critters. We are a no kill shelter so everyone gets a chance for a forever home. Our shelter is financed solely by donations, we are not government funded, and we are staffed by volunteers.
