Love Bug is such an adorable and spunky boy. He came to us from a local shelter and has really come out of his shell. He is very loving, cuddly and playful. His favorite thing to do is play with his foster friends with balls and springs. He is a very curious young man and loves to explore. He loves hugs, kisses, snuggles and is happy to sleep on the bed with you and wake you up in the morning full of love and kissy faces.

Love Bug is just a great little house panther and all around guy that would love a forever home. He would make the perfect addition to any family with his quirky little ways.

If you are interested in adopting, please go to our website and complete an application. This is not a commitment, but when we receive it, someone will contact you within 48 hours. The application is the first step in our process. Once you are approved, we can make arrangements for you to meet any of our cats or kittens. If you are not sure which one you might be interested in, we can help you narrow your search!
All our cats and kittens are fully vetted, tested, wormed and treated for fleas, spayed or neutered, UTD on vaccinations, and microchipped before adoption.

We are proud to be a PetSmart Charities Adoption Partner and manage the PetSmart Adoption Centers in Wake Forest at 11835 Retail Drive and in Raleigh at Six Forks Station, 8825 Six Forks Road, and at Capital Crossings, 2800 East Millbrook Road where adoption events are held every weekend from 11:00 am - 1 pm. Cats are in the Adoption Centers at all times. Follow us on Facebook to see which cats are at weekend adoptathons. (PurrPartnersNC). Covid has shortened our adoptathon hours, but we are always available by email which is the best way to reach us.

More about this rescue

Purr Partners Feline Rescue is a 501(c)(3), no-kill, foster-based, all-volunteer organization dedicated to saving the lives of cats and kittens in Central North Carolina — incorporated in 2009 by two friends, four cats, and no budget. These two women realized the need for a "cat only" rescue that worked with rural shelters — where cats routinely lose their lives. Purr Partners was founded to save the lives of those most in jeopardy with little hope of survival. High-kill rural shelters became the focus for Purr Partners, and that is still true today. From those humble beginnings, the rescue has grown to over a hundred active volunteers and a budget of approximately $175,000. At any given time there are between 100 and 150 cats and kittens in foster care. We have saved the lives of over 3500 cats and are still growing!
