My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

*Name: Harlequin
*Age: 3.5 years old
*Current Weight: 50lbs
*Rescued from: Thailand
*Adoption fee: $550 (includes $50 refundable positive training commitment deposit)
*Health: Up to date on vaccines

Harlequin was once a beloved furry family member, living on the island of Phuket. With her thick fur coat and unusual eyes - one amber and other blue - she is a striking girl. In November 2023 Harlequin's life changed in an instant. A local farmer noticed a car slow down on a road nearby, the door opened and someone dumped her before they drove away. Alone with a chronic skin condition that had caused her to lose a lot of her fur she was a sorry sight. The farmer called Soi Dog Foundation for help as she realized Harlequin eeded medical treatment for her skin. A rescue team collected her and brought her to the shelter for treatment and saftery. Since she arrived Harlequin has blossomed into a sweet, friendly, social dog. She loves exploring the world and says hello to everyone she meets. Being abandoned hasn't affected her love for people and she deserved to find a wonderful forever family that will love her for the rest of her life.

Harlequin arrives to the Northeast mid-April.

To apply to adopt, fill out an application at www.rescueallthedogs.org/adoptPlease note that RnR is a volunteer-based organization. While volunteers review applications as quickly as possible, it is helpful if you review the following information about our adoption process:

LISTED BREED(S) & AGE: We are taking our best guess on age, breed, and size when fully grown, based on the dog's physical appearance and what we might have learned about one or both parents. We rarely know a dog's exact age or full breed mix of dogs, as our information is usually limited.

RNR’s ADOPTION PROCESS: The first step in adopting or meeting one of our adoptable pups is to fill out an application at www.rescueallthedogs.org/adopt. Once we receive your application, one of our volunteers will contact you, review our adoption process, and answer any additional questions you may have. It is important to note that we do not go on a first-come-first-serve basis for adoptions but on the best fit for a family and, most importantly, the dog.

MEETING ADOPTABLE DOGS: Meet and greets will not be scheduled until your adoption application is submitted and reviewed.

APPLYING ONLINE: When completing an application, please do so from a computer (not a mobile device); make sure you answer ALL the questions in as much detail as possible and that you receive a confirmation email.
