All of the animals posted on our site have been temperament tested. While not all are in the immediate area, once we have processed and approved your application, we will move the dog to our adoptive area for you to meet, greet and hopefully adopt. Sometimes we will have more than one application on a dog. That does not mean it automatically goes to another family but you should be aware of the fact that until you are approved and set up for the meet/greet.. the dog could get adopted by another applicant.

Toochie is one of those dogs that you love right away. Her foster certainly did and then , suddenly, there were puppies! Surprise! Toochie has turned out to be as good a mama as she is a house dog. Full of praise for her, her foster says 'Toochie wants to remind you that adopting an older dog like her means not having to deal with things like housebreaking, leash training, or destructive behaviors. No rough housing or jumping up on guests. All the cream has risen to the top. You get all of the perks with none of the work!' And the best part, at only 5 years old, she is not even really an older dog! You get it all! She has now raised all her puppies and is ready to find her own home where she can love you with all her heart.  She is showing herself good with other dogs, but not so happy with cats, so a catless home will be best for her to shine like the diamond she is.
