My story

Here's what the humans have to say about me:

You can fill out an adoption application online on our official website.

Are you looking for an all around super wonderful cat to share your life?  Look no further, I’m your man. I was left behind but when a new family bought my house I adopted them. I love everyone so I’m the perfect family cat! Sadly, these new people already had cats and couldn’t keep me. I thought I went with the house but I guess it wasn’t in the contract. Anyway, I’m looking for a new situation now. Their loss can be your gain. I’m three or four years old, very cuddly and love attention. I tested positive for FIV so I definitely need to be indoors but I’d prefer that anyway. Don't be scared of the FIV thing, it's really not that bad - you can read more about it here: https://resources.bestfriends.org/article/fiv-cats-feline-immunodeficiency-virus-faqs

Living under an empty house all winter was no picnic so please apply for me. You can find the application here: https://www.rocketrescue.org/forms/form?formid=5196

More about this rescue

Rocket Rescue is a no-kill, all volunteer foster network in Skagit County, WA. We adopt out cats and dogs and require that all pets are spayed or neutered prior to adoption. We accept stray animals, owner releases, and shelter transfers. We recognize the need for homeless cat and dog rescue, rehabilitation, and adoption and strive to serve our local communities to reduce pet overpopulation.
