Hi! I'm Picasso. I just arrived in DDR from another rescue because I have limited eye sight.

I am 4 years old, energetic and happy dog. I love to be close to you and am content to sit on your lap and snuggle. I love going outside in the yard and get along well with other dogs. I am playful and get excited to go for rides or walks. I do great in an open pen in the kitchen or living room when leaving the house. I give the most excited 'Welcome Home' body and tail when you walk in the door.
I am excellent eater, great sleeper and sleeps in a comfy small bed next to my foster mom's bed.
I do well with going outside to use the bathroom but is still perfecting the skill.
I would make a great addition to any family.
Because of my limited vision a fenced yard is mandatory for me!
I am 4 years old, I weigh 11.4 pounds at my last veterinarian visit, my adoption fee is $400 plus sales tax $18=$418
