I know if you are looking at my picture you are thinking adorable! Yes I am and my name is Surge. My former owner didn't really want me so now I am here at DDR. Everyone loves me! I know I am going to get a great forever home. I need a family to love me and teach me everything puppies should know. I would really like a fenced yard cause I like to run and play.
