This supports all rescue dogs for vetting, foods and whatever they need.
We are all volunteers.
FLETCHER is an active male poodle, 6 pounds, and about 3 years old AT MOST. He loves to have his belly rubbed. Fletcher is friendly and follows you around and sits with you. He is a complete delight and quite puppy like. He is wonderful with all size dogs . He loves when there is a house full of people and runs from person to person to sit on everyone's lap. He bonds with everyone easily. He is not fond of being left alone.
He is completely vetted now with a clean bill of health, microchipped and looking for his forever home quickly.
He has a sad story as many do coming from Arkansas. He was tossed from a car while in a crate, left in horribly matted condition. Despite this, he is a loving boy looking for his home and with active folks to keep up with him. We had to do a complete shave down, but he does have beautiful curly hair and it will grown in quickly, so excuse the pictures.
PROCEDURE:
We will choose the dog's possible family as soon as we see a match. We will phone you and further discuss . The dog is in Rhode Island for a meet and greet . Please realize, it is our goal to get the dogs into the right homes as soon as possible and no shows are not good for the dogs and other serious dog families.
If you can provide a FABULOUS home please file our free application (see link above) and tell us why we should let you adopt our wonderful rescue. The more you tell us the better picture we have of the home you can provide for our rescue
Once we have reviewed your application and think it is a match we will notify you. Please understand that as these dogs are fostered we do get to know them and have a good idea of their forever home. We do save applications, but you may put multiple names on one application. If you have already applied in the past, then please send us a message with your name and what dog you are now interested in being considered for and we will pull off the server. We do not choose by a first come first serve basis. So if the dog is still up on the site, consider the dog AVAILABLE. We do take down quickly when adopted. If you don't see any information you need to know, we probably don't have an answer....like cats...idk...
