Introducing Seamus! We thought an Irish name suited this friendly boy, as he was scooped up by one of our rescuers from the street in East New York right around St. Patrick's Day! Seamus could not be sweeter and he's so grateful to be warm and safe indoors that he insists on gently headbutting and rubbing against everyone who comes near him. He's pretty outgoing and doesn't even mind being held. This super affectionate, talkative gentleman is more than ready for a wonderful furrever home where he'll get and give plenty of love!

Seamus seems to like other cats but would be fine with being your only kitty. He's an even-tempered, gentle guy who'd be good with young children and possibly dogs.

Handsome Seamus is about 1 year old. He is neutered, has tested fiv-/felv-, is up to date on vaccines, has been treated for parasites and is ready for a loving home.

Additional adoption info

Interested adopters first fill out an adoption application, after which they can visit our animals in their foster homes. If they would like to adopt and their application is approved, they then complete an adoption contract. We also ask for an adoption fee to help us continue our work.
