Meet Lilly!

Lilly was found New Year’s Day ! Lilly appears to have been mistreated and trust has been an issue . It took approximately 2 weeks before I could touch Lilly. Lilly cowered and turned her back to me when approached and would crawl away! She doesn’t like loud noises and thunder scares her. Lilly was very thin when found but has gained to a healthy weight. Lilly has opened up over the last several months and enjoys being petted and loved on. She gives the best kisses! Lilly loves to be outside and run! Lilly does like to chase rabbits but is easily redirected on anything. She does not bother livestock . Lilly is good with small children and adults. Lilly is good with other dogs! Lilly does chase cats but like I said she is easily redirected! We are working on it! Lilly does walk on a leash . Lilly will need a fenced area and supervision when outside. Lilly loves to play with sticks and roll in the grass. She also likes lazy days sleeping in her bed. Lilly will need someone willing to take time with her and earn her trust. She likes to feel secure. Lilly needs someone that will show her nothing but unconditional love.

We are working on basic commands and she will sit and stay.
